Aliyekuwa mgombea ubunge wa Jimbo la Kigoma Kusini kupitia chama cha NCCR -Mageuzi, David Kafulila, amewasilisha pingamizi katika Mahakama Kuu Kanda ya Tabora, kupinga ushindi wa mgombea wa Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM), Hasna Mwilima.

Akizungumza na mtandao huu jana baada ya kuwasilisha pingamizi hilo, Kafulila alisema amefungua kesi hiyo namba 2 ya mwaka 2015 ya uchaguzi, akiwalalamikia Mwilima, msimamizi wa uchaguzi ambaye ni Mkurugenzi wa Halmashauri ya Uvinza na Mwanasheria Mkuu wa serikali.

Alisema kesi hiyo itasimamiwa na mawakili wawili, Tundu Lissu na Daniel Lumengela, huku hoja ya msingi katika shauri ikiwa ni kupinga matokeo yaliyotangazwa na msimamizi wa uchaguzi ambayo anadai si halali kwani kutokana na fomu 382 za vituoni na kusainiwa na wasimamizi na mawakala, alipata kura zaidi ya 34,000 dhidi ya 32,000 za mpinzani wake (Mwilima).

THE BEAUTIFUL OF ARCHITECTURE

The roof of this house in Japan is tilted above a band of glazing, allowing light to permeate the interior while also making the structure look like a box with a lifted lid (+ slideshow). 

House in Yokkaichi was designed by Tokyo studio SYAP for a family living in a suburb of the city, which is located in Mie Prefecture.

An angular clerestory window runs between the house and the tilted roof, allowing light to filter down to the open-plan ground floor.

Eaves overhang the glazing at the front, offering shade from the brightness of the summer sun, while at night the glazing forms a ribbon of light.

"The huge eaves provides a comfortable environment that is suitable for the climate in Japan during the four seasons by controlling the amount of sunlight," said studio co-founders Shuji Fujita and Yuki Shinbo.
